It’s a simple question. Why am I taking pictures? 

I started capturing images very late in my life.... around 30's. I bought my first Digitial camera around mid 2000. It had the best feature in the market.... Great Sensor, Great Memory and amazing digital display. I could zoom a lot..silvery make..... Wow.... Let me get to the specs then you too would envy it....

Yes...  It was a Canon A530.  My very first Camera and it amazed me in various ways.... That's the one that made me to think i'm a photographer... that made me to take more pics daily..almost everything i see will be captured..... Not sure i still have those... but i used to capture things. it might not be the best things to capture, but i captured it... Then i started reading articles on photography, ,mostly the free ones.... Where i learnt about grids, Rule of thirds, spirals, subjects, backgrounds, Focus, F Stops, Shutter speeds, Macros.... etc....(I'm still learning those).

Macros Impressed me a lot... the Macro pics posted in the internet were awesome.... i too wanted to try that.... Money?????  DIY stuffs... My Grand father used to repair watches...he had a lens that could be fixed to the spectacles so that he could see things big... i had couple of those in my box.... never had the intention to repair watches but still had it.... Spark... Why can i fix that in front of my Canon... that was easily said than done...at last, i drilled holes to the sided, attached a rubber band and tied it to the back.... It was a great day..i felt so happy.... the Lens used to project a little front and hence flash provided a shadow...
